Our estate and shop are located in Mazan, a small Provencal village at the foot of Mont Ventoux.

9,000 olive trees flourish between the Mistral wind and the sun over 25 hectares of olive groves, vineyards and almond trees.

As artisan millers, we take great care to respect generations of farming know-how.

In our shop, we offer a range of products made by traditional craftsmen, reflecting our Provencal terroir: olive oils, AOC wines, almonds and grape juice, honey and sweets, as well as natural cosmetics, handmade soaps, perfumes and decorative items, including wrought ironwork created on the estate.
