The vineyard is located at an altitude of 580 metres, in a protected valley on the edge of the Ventoux, a wild region whose diverse soils make the terroir particularly rich.
The estate is farmed organically, guaranteeing the preservation of biodiversity. A total of forty hectares are cultivated, including orchards, truffle fields, olive trees, vegetables and cereals in addition to the 26 hectares of vines.
In addition to the cultivated land, the landscape is composed of forests, scrubland, hedges of local species and hillside reservoirs.
Through traditional, sustainable viticulture and horse-riding on a dozen hectares, Domaine Les Davids aims to revitalise and preserve the soil, with respect for and for biodiversity.
These combined qualities, both human and natural, allow the estate to produce, year after year, exceptional wines in reasonable quantities.
Les Davids is also an ecosystem dedicated to wine tourism: La Terrasse des Davids, Les Davids' bakery, les Hamaux des Davids and Les Davids' art trail.
