Renovated down to the last detail in keeping with the substance of the Age of Enlightenment, this 5-star hotel is a journey through time, offering 26 rooms and suites, a Michelin-starred restaurant, La Salle à Manger, a bistronomic alternative, a bar, a tea room, superb private lounges and, in the medieval part of the hotel, a cookery school and the Table Haute.
26 exquisite and refined rooms individually decorated with historic French printed fabrics are housed in this vast mansion and in 'Le Pavillon Jardin', an extension added in 2012. Each room has its own colour palette derived from the fabric used for the wall hangings, and almost all offer stunning views of the Palais des Papes.
Florent Pietravalle, Chef du Restaurant gastronomique étoilé Michelin, propose une cuisine d’exception. Every evening from Tuesday to Saturday from 8pm, the Table Haute chef and his sidekick invite you to share their passion for cooking. Right before your eyes, they'll be preparing, in copper pots, dishes dreamt up on their return from the market and using local farm produce.
