Hands-on cooking classes held in English with the Chef Jean-Marc Villard, 10 years Chef Instructor at Paul Bocuse Institute.
He created his own school for amateurs in Lyon in 2001.
In 2015, he has opened with his wife Alice a pedagogical kitchen surrounded by a garden with a nice view on the Luberon. He teaches to amateurs who wants to discover or improve in French Cuisine.
He proposes a one day cooking class.
After having met around a morning coffee, you will go to local producers to pick up the food (mainly organic food) for your cooking class, then cook 3 dishes (appetizer, main dish and dessert) and have lunch with the Chef (with apéritif, wines, coffee included).
You will practise a lot, the recipes written in English will be yours.
